This is the most difficult foul to catch in soccer and is the most controversial foul.To improve the accuracy of offside decisions, FIFA brought cutting-edge camera tracking technology and human motion recognition technology to the ground and introduced SAOT for the first time at the Qatar World Cup last year.AFC Chairman Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim Khalifa said, “Asia’s match officials have established themselves as among the best in the world.
