‘Keep the momentum going!’ Gangwon FC tries to sell out last home game in Chuncheon this season…raffle for accommodation, car

K League 1 side Gangwon FC will look to extend their winning streak to five games in a row in their final match of the season in Chuncheon.

Gangwon will host Suwon FC in the 17th round of the Hana Bank K-League 2024 at 8 p.m. on April 15 at Songam Sports Town in Chuncheon.

Currently, Gangwon is in fourth place with eight wins, four draws, and four losses (28 points) and enters the 홀덤사이트 A-Match break at the top of the table.

Ahead of the match against Suwon, Gangwon will be hoping to fill the stadium with ‘orange waves’ once again in their final home match of the season in Chuncheon after their last match against FC Seoul. Previously, Gangwon recorded its first sellout since the 2018 paid attendance figures were compiled in March against Seoul.

Ahead of the first game after the A-Match break, Kangwon is preparing to offer more giveaways and events than ever before.

Kangwon will hold a “Welcome Kangwon with Daewondang” event before the match, giving away Daewondang gift certificates to fans caught on camera, and at halftime, the team will hold a raffle for a Casper light SUV, as well as a variety of other prizes, including a $1 million gift certificate for a Geumseong bed, a stay at Skybay Hotel Gyeongpo, and a Legoland pass.

Busking performances and various food items will be available at the off-field venue. Gangwon FC fans, Gangneung Elementary School teachers, ‘Samjins’ and Chuncheon K-pop dance academy ‘Aradance’ will perform for one hour and 30 minutes before the match.

In addition, there will be food booths where you can experience the flavors of Gangwon, such as Potato Island, Bongpyeong Buckwheat Makgeolli, and Chuncheon Potato Field, as well as various food trucks such as chicken skewers, chicken gangjeong, pizza, and drinks.

“The fans’ interest and passion for Gangwon FC is higher than ever,” said Kim Byung-ji, CEO of Gangwon FC, “and we will do our best to repay their love and meet their expectations, both on and off the field.”
